  3. =====  INTERMOUNTAIN SYS-NET  ==========================  BULLETIN # 4  =====

  5.   This board is now a member of INTERMOUNTAIN SYS-NET - a cooperative effort
  6.   among local area MS-DOS sysops to support and provide quality remote
  7.   bulletin board service.
  8.  
  9.   The group is comprised of sysops from the largest MS-DOS bulletin boards
  10.   in the intermountain west.  Our goals are to help promote quality bulletin
  11.   board operations throughout the area by supporting the free exchange of
  12.   public domain software and information between boards, and by assisting
  13.   all members of the organization with programming efforts in order to
  14.   enhance their board's software to better meet their caller's needs.
  15.  
  16.   Additionally, group members will assist each other in identifying callers
  17.   who attempt to disrupt local board operations.  A caller who abuses his
  18.   or her privilages on one board, may automatically be denied access on
  19.   all boards in the area.  In so doing, the group hopes to provide legimate
  20.   users a standard of quality board operation on which they can depend.
